What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are set on a case by case basis. Every case is different and requires individual attention. My fees are typically higher than others because you will be represented by an attorney with over 26 years experience who exclusively handles DUI Cases. Almost every other attorney quoting prices on this site handles other cases that do not involve DUI or driving offenses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your first contact will be with me directly and I will handle your case from beginning to end. We set up a free consultation and go over everything involved in your case. I will answer all of your questions and make sure you understand what the process is with court and DMV. I can usually handle most if not all of your case without you having to go to court or DMV. If I need you to testify we spend plenty of time preparing you for the hearing or trial. You will have my cell phone number and are welcome to contact me with questions or update me with new information throughout your case. Once the case is over you are still welcome to contact me with any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I travel all over the country attending DUI seminars. I am in constant contact with DUI lawyers all over the country, working on new defenses and keeping up with changes in the law. I have helped many attorneys understand how to administer and understand field sobriety testing. I have handled thousands of DUI Cases.
