- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Different event require different energy and time preparation. I have a set prices for parties and small events. Wedding as it’s own prices. Every couples have a different budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact. As there is much details to share if you want to understand and served them well. I’m trying to figure out what my clients want to achieve at the before we start. Communication is the greatest key to great service. Listen to their needs , answer their questions, then share how I work. I like to ask to show me some examples of pictures what they like and ask them what exactly attractive on these photos. I’m trying to show them what they can expect from me. I always touch base with my clients a day or 2 before the shoot . I call them when I leave my house so they know I’m on the way . I’m trying to come 10 minutes before photoshoot starts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education plays a big role in my work. I’ve been drawing for whole life and I learned a lot about light, colors and composition from my art classes . I’m still trying to improve it. Also I graduated architectural university which is helped me to become more attractive to detail.
