- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing for portraits is $275 per hour. Weddings are priced differently so please message me for packages and custom pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process includes a lot of communication! I typically like to send out my calendar to the potential client so they can get a good understanding of my availability. Once they have settled on a date, I send them a questionnaire to learn more about their expectations and get to know them better. A booking proposal will be sent afterward where the contract is signed a retainer fee is paid. The client can choose the location if they wish, or I can always give suggestions to popular spots based on what they are looking for.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Coming from Sacramento, there were not many sights to see. Once I moved to San Francisco, there were so many different sights and beautiful spaces that I started to want to capture them all. I started off doing landscape but always felt something was missing. People! I then picked up some weddings and started doing portraits and it just gained traction slowly but surely ever since.
