- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to chat on the phone and learn more about a potential client. During a first session, I try to look for points of weakness and figure out how to best motivate and challenge my client. A good fit between a trainer and a client is crucial, so I like to ask for feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified Personal Trainer. I am also certified to teach TRX.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have been exercising since I was a child. A week without a work out is pure torture for me! I love my job and hope to inspire others with my love for fitness and health.
