Introduction: I have spent the last 10 years in search of what it means to live a healthy and balanced life. In my own quest for health and happiness i have personally experienced what works and what doesn't. There is so much mis-information out there, so my job is to keep what i offer simple yet effective! I am passionate about what I do and the people I work with and I guarantee results and life transformations. I have always had a passion for nutrition and healing and so I am constantly learning and improving my methods. Just as an artist gets lost in the act of painting, I get lost in the creation of individual programs that serve my clients unique past, personality, and goals. I love to see the transformations my clients experience, the light in their eyes, the glow in their skin, and the confidence in their voice!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! I am always continuing my education. Although I am already an attuned Reiki practitioner, I am in the process of completing my training in Usui Reiki. I am also getting certified as a Life Optimization Coach.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been passionate about health but it was watching my mother fight ovarian cancer when I knew this was the path I wanted to take. I saw how helping her with her nutrition, exercise, and mindset, had a massive influence on her recovery. I saw the power in nutrition healing!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Help my clients lose weight. Lead my clients through a detox. Help them get clear on their health and life goals and work with them to create an action plan. Create a safe place to discuss difficult problems. Develop individual nutrition, exercise, and beauty plans.
