- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the menu, number of guests and travel requirements. Because all my menus are custom, price varies from event to event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working in an upscale and modern Italian restaurant keeps me on my toes. I learn something new every day!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
While working in online marketing, I found myself cooking to maintain sanity. After a time, I decided to follow my dream and do what I love. I quit my job and enrolled in culinary school.
