AD: I have had the pleasure of working with David at my mixed use 6 unit building in SF for at least 15 years. He is completely trustworthy and very good at interacting with the tenants. David is a problem solver, he not only fixes the immediate problem but will figure out what is causing the problem and work on implementing preventative strategies. He takes allot of pride in noticing how things can work in a more efficient way and will make suggestions when he notices something that needs attention. David has been working on our house for over 15 years and we have learned to trust him to take care of maintenance problems large and small. Two years ago he was able to help immediately when a truck ripped the electrical service from our building and he worked with the electrical contractor to get our service restored then the repairs completed. Last year he replaced our old wall heater and this year he just finished taking care of a plumbing problem and patched some holes in our cement garage floor. He does many other routine maintenance jobs in addition. We trust him with the keys to the house so he can come and solve problems on his own and he even held hands with our guests when we were not there during the blackout. A good man to know.

David has been managing rental projects for me for over 20 years. I don't really quite know what I would do without him. He is reliable, and charges fairly. I especially like that he thinks independently, does quality work, and provides me with great advice whenever I need it.
