Dmitrii and his partner really did a wonderful job in assembling and installing our pergola. They were very pleasant, professional and checked every detail to make sure everything was perfect. Excellent job! Shortened bathroom door to fit over new hall runner, and fixed fiberglass front-door to clear new rug by repairing thresh hold. Less cold air coming in around front door is a side benefit. thank you very much, Would definitely hire again.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  My rate is $100/hr and I have a minimum service fee of $100. I provide free estimates over the phone only. I deliver smaller materials from any retailer for an additional $25. We can discuss larger deliveries such as lumber or furniture in person. I highly recommend you let me shop for you as it saves both of us time. I offer both senior and veteran discounts for those who qualify. Tip me if you smile!

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Typically we would schedule you out onto a day that works well for both of us. Before proceeding to the project, I try to explore all possible options with my customer in order to figure out exactly what they want and need. My constant hope is to make the entire experience as pleasant and educated as possible for my customer.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have been repairing things just about my entire life. Prior to becoming a handyman I specialized in building outdoor sheds which gave me a lot of experience in learning how to complete multi-skill requiring projects.
