- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we build are pricing based on hourly rates and how many technicians needed for the job. there are some other small factors that effects the prices based on the complexity of the job. for example installing a ceiling fan could be a way more difficult than mounting a TV. we always do our best to be fair and clear with clients and provide them with a great experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
with a new customer we try to understand the scope of work and what kind of property we're dealing with. and also what are the client expectations. we try to make every customer a happy customer so we can serve our community the best way we could.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i studied mainly residential plumbing and residential wiring also safety in construction at CCSF and I'm currently still studding carpentry and blue prints. i have a good understanding of residential construction and general handyman field.
