The inspector from Golden Gate was really great. I was nervous to find out what was going on with my house, but Im finally glad I did. I had a feeling the house had shifted due to some recent small earthquakes and the heavy rain this winter season. The inspector, David, was very easy to meet and talk with about the issues he found with my house's foundation. He was straightforward and didn't try to sell me extra services, so he gained my trust. I feel confident about the repairs needed. The inspection wasnt the cheapest one I found, but they put me at ease with their reliable communication before we met and followed through with a thorough report after we'd met, so it was money well spent. Id recommend this company to my friends.

These guys were great. Got mold, lead and asbestos tests after our new baby arrived. We learned a lot and were able to make the house safer for our baby. Cant say how grateful we are for the great service!

We needed a quick turnaround on our home inspection due to a 7 day contingency and they were able to get us scheduled and then turned around a detailed report quickly. And we loved that they used a drone and the thermal imaging thingy. It kind of saw things we would have never noticed. They made us feel so much more comfortable with making our purchase. On top of that DJ was so knowledgeable that we learned a lot. Definitely recommend!
