I would like to offer my sincere thanks to the crew at Zen Home. It is nerve wracking when deciding on a company to come into your home. From the very start, Deanna & Steven made the experience so delightful. In fact, by the time we scheduled the first cleaning, I was really excited and looking forward to the 'experience'. The process was made very easy and they were very patient in their explanation of the process even to the point of making me feel secure with the lengths they take when hiring...background checks, references and a full training program. And to no surprise, the cleaning was excellent. The 2 individuals who came to clean (Karen was the lead) were so pleasant and we loved their professional appearance and uniforms. The attention to detail was far better then our prior cleaning services. Like they say, I came home feeling as if I was in a 5 star hotel. I decided on bringing them back every 2 weeks. Thank you Zen Home for making taking the weight off my shoulders and making this such a nice experience.

Zen Home has done a wonderful job assisting me in scheduling appointments from afar since day one. Our company is based in Denver but we have Corporate Housing in San Francisco. Steven and his team are timely, organized and efficient in helping me finalize all logistics before/during/after the appointments. My employees receiving the service have commented positively on the cleanliness and attention to detail that the cleaning consultants have. Great service at an affordable rate.

Zen Home has been so diligent with cleaning our 1 BR apartment in SF. They do a great job, scheduling is a breeze over e-mail, and they deal with extra complications because of our doorman, etc with great professionalism. Highly recommend this great service!

I have been using Zen Home's services for over a decade and wouldn't consider using another service (especially after seeing the quality and value compared to other local services my friends use in CA). All of Zen's staff are trained to the highest standards of service and technique. The products are super effective, smell amazing and leave my home spotless without any leaving toxic chemical residue in my home. I love the aromatherapy and it is such a special treat to come home post cleaning to a fresh, beautiful home. Thank you Zen!

I have NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER had such a deplorable experience with anyone. I booked a heavy cleaning WITH Steve. Wed, when he & cleaner were supposed to get to my place, Steve showed up 15 mins late saying that my cleaner had fallen & hurt her hand so he was going to find someone else to come out. I understand things happen so OK, Steve said he was going to take some pics & call me shortly. No pics taken (Zen does NOT do heavy cleanings). After MANY calls I MADE to him, he finally showed up 8 1/2 he's LATE to set up mattress (told my daughter he "felt like he owed it to me". Considering I HIRED them to come out, you're damned right you "OWED IT TO ME". They charge BEFORE they come out & have a "no refund policy". My ass. After he set up mattress, he said to give him a call so we could set up a time to do what Zen was hired to do. NO way was I gonna have him in my place again (he acted like he wasn't there AFTER 11pm & laughed when my daughter & I were talking & wished her luck at new job. Really????). So I emailed them on Sat & said I wanted a refund (I would have paid for 1/2 of the time he was here, so about $8). Get a call from NY & was informed SF was closed on Sat & that Steve had "called" her when he & cleaner got here. REALLY??? She was going to talk to Steve Mon & get back to me. I finally get email at end of business day saying they were going to issue full refund. Couldn't have just done it Thurs morning automatically??? You think I trust you after excuse after excuse after excuse??? CRAPPY, CRAPPY, CRAPPY. Do NOT even think of Zen if you dont wanna get bullshitted ALL DAY!!!

Christa, I do apologize you feel this way. Yes, I did have to rearrange some scheduling due to an injured employee who typically works on 1st time Cleanings. When I arrived you have to admit that you did not inform us to what degree of untidiness to put it lightly, your home was in. I did send away the replacement cleaner who was on her way because to work with such a job, certain procedures have to be followed. Extra gear, masks and footwear. There are certifiable hazards when working with such situations. For anyone reading, this is a hoarding situation and I was trying to be respectful and not offensive to those living there. I did miss your call and on the 2 ocassions (as it was after hours and I was at dinner) I did return your calls and never avoided them. You did mention in our phone conversations that replacing your mattress was of the upmost importance as you could not sleep on the old one any longer as it caused you great discomfort. I felt for you and so I then walked my dinner guest to the Bart, went home to change and showed up and removed the mattress and replaced it with a new one. This may not have taken long. However, it was not a comfortable situation as there was a great deal of debris on, around and under the bed and in the room to where I could barely open the door enough to switch out the mattresses. I also did return any follow-up calls and asked that you give me a few days to work out a plan. I wanted to free up our staff enough to get 2 or 3 of us down there to at the very least, handle some of the issues as I could not find anyone right away to take such a job. Again, we would have handled it completely different had you made us aware of the degree the house was in beforehand. I realize that is no excuse and understand where you should be upset. However, to completely be so harsh in light of the situation I was put in is completely unfair. I have already told you that you are being refunded your entire fee and you will have confirmation of that shortly. I never want to see anyone upset regardless of fault and do offer my apologies either way.
