- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing which is available on the web site. However, your home or place of business may have unique needs so I am always available to provide a free in-home/business estimate which caters to your specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Complete the New Client Paperwork which includes a detailed Q & A & Encryption for CC protection. Once on line 'paperwork' is received, client will receive appointment confirmation via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We offer 2 full weeks of on the job training with our Quality Control Supervisors. New employees also complete on line testing at the completion of each day of training. They must understand proper procedures that Zen requires as well as proper materials and products for proper care of various surfaces, etc. We use on Green/Zen/Eco Friendly products.
