Big big thanks to Nick for being **instantly** responsive to our urgent need to clear abandoned personal property for a 1 bedroom flat. The previous tenant left without taking their things or even cleaning — and I needed every minute to work on the place for a new tenant. As soon as I put out the request, Nick both messaged and called within the minute. I was actually shocked at how fast he was! He and his team showed up the next day, on time and ready to go. They were in and out in 45 minutes. They were easy and pleasant to communicate with, even offering some advice for some other projects we have going on. I'm so grateful for hardworking teams like Nick to help out during these challenging times. The flat is ready to get cleaned! Our prices start at $80 and go up based on volume. We do have some of the most competitive prices on the market.
