Alex is a great resource to have in the city. For a reasonable price he helps me stay in shape and motivated without being too pushy or making me feel uncomfortable. He is also quite the beefcake!

Alex really helped me out a lot with my boxing technique, conditioning, and endurance. As an amateur boxer I was surprised how much more detail there still was to still add to my boxing game that Alex showed me. Thanks for all the help man!

For the first time in my life; thanks to the many self defense tactics that Alex taught me, I have the confidence that I can defend myself. Having to take bart home from work every night I used to get anxiety that something might happen and that I would not be prepared for it, but now that I feel confident that I can defend myself that anxiety has left me, and I can't tell you how good it feels. Alex has been so great in helping me get in shape while teaching me important self defense tactics. He is always positive and motivating in helping me work to my fullest capacity. Since I've been working with Alex, I've lost weight, gotten in much better shape, but most important, I feel so much better about myself. He knows a lot about nutrition. He is a really nice guy too.
