Harry was super responsive and easy to work with during the planning process for my large group. He provided quotes, information, and a confirmation statement promptly. This has to be THE BEST limo service I have ever used! We booked them last minute and were able to get an amazing driver and a very nice luxurious limo bus. Considering it is Prom season and either every other company was booked or charging ridiculous rates . I worked with Lester and he got us a great deal and a beautiful party bus. From reservation process all the way through the day of our event everything was perfect. The prices are exactly what you'd expect and the service is beyond excellent.

The TWERK was DOPE! We kicked it all night at the Emerald Cup in Santa Rosa. We WERE the afterparty at that place. It got SO much attention and was so crackin' We were straight ballin' in that bus! The sound system is on point, 3 video screens going and that lighted texture wall is a TRIP! Bus had batchroom, bed, fridge... it was so DOPE! To add to it, I saw a couple articles last month reporting that Chris (the owner) loaded up the bus with supplies from the East Bay and brought loads of donated goods up to the fire victims in Santa Rosa. Dude has a heart of gold AND knows how to party! I definitely recommend this bus for your limo/party bus needs! You won't regret it!

I do not have enough space to say all that I could say regarding my school club's positive experience with True Elegance Limousines. I am the adviser for Dougherty Valley High School's Future Business Leaders of America Club (FBLA), and True Elegance Limousines saved us from not being able to attend FBLA’s State Leadership Conference in a fairy book kind of way. Our original bus company did not submit the needed paperwork to our district, and by the time the district notified us, all district pre-approved busses were booked. We had one week to find another bus company that could meet our budget, could provide the required licenses/insurance, and could submit all paperwork to our district in time for us to get approved by the district. True Elegance came to our rescue, meeting all requirements and deadlines, a feat that my administration and district thought impossible. They rescued us in our time of desperation, and picked us up as promised to drive us from San Ramon, CA to Ontario, CA with just a promise to pay by my school’s business manager, (for time did not allow for a check to be cut and mailed before our departure). Bobby Puri, my contact from True Elegance, was as professional as he was empathetic. Within moments of speaking to him on the phone, I felt confident that he could get us safely to Ontario. He assured me that his company met all the requirements to drive high school students and that he could fax all the required paperwork to my district transportation director within 24 hours, an assurance he delivered in less than 24 hours. Lastly, the finest moment for me was the look in my students' eyes when a sleek, state of the art, black limo bus pulled into our school’s parking lot equipped with leather seats and TV screens in front of every seat. We rode to and from our State Conference in comfort and style. Moreover, the driver surpassed my expectations. Professional, caring, and compassionate, he catered to my students’ requests—from the temperature in the bus to the volume of the movies provided by True Limousines. When my students requested an “eat” stop, he always knew the perfect place: safe, convenient, with an array of choices, all in walking distance enclosed in a parking lot. He did this to and from our destination. If you are reading this and need to charter a bus for a prom, party, family reunion etc., I highly recommend True Elegance Limousines.

A party bus can be anything from a retrofitted school bus complete with disco lights, to an upscale shuttle service, to a stretch Hummer with a full bar. What is inside a party bus depends on the company you hire and what you are looking for. Many party buses have bars in them, complete with glassware, ice bins and mini fridges. Often party buses have festive lighting like strobe lights, black lights, dimmable lighting and track lighting on the floor. Some states require seat belts in party buses and decree that all passengers must be seated when the vehicles are moving, so there must be a seat for each passenger. To make sure you know what you are paying for, request photos of the inside and outside of the exact vehicle you are hiring. How much do you tip for a party bus?

When you rent a party bus, it’s industry standard to tip the driver 15 percent to 20 percent of the rental cost. Some rental companies include a gratuity for the driver as a line item on the bill, while others leave tipping to the discretion of the passengers. Often party bus drivers are employees of the rental company, and are not seeing most of the money you paid to hire the ride for the night. You should consider the tip as a standard part of your total party bus price. The job of the party bus driver is to keep you and the other passengers safe, ensure your comfort, and get you to your destinations on time (barring outside factors like weather or unpredicted traffic). Party bus drivers are usually the ones who stock and prep the bus with ice, drinks, and other requested items before picking you up. They are also usually tasked with cleaning the vehicle after you and your guests are done for the night. The national average price to rent a party bus is $530-$700. Party bus prices can also be affected by where in the country you live. Bigger cities, like New York, have higher fees for insurance, licensing and tolls than a smaller town might, plus a higher cost to do business, so party bus prices will typically be higher than in smaller cities.

The size and luxury of the party bus you want will affect the price. For example, a 10-passenger vehicle could cost $100 per hour, a 14-passenger vehicle could cost $125 per hour, and a 20-passenger vehicle could cost $150 per hour. Party bus prices will also be dictated by the season or holidays. Rental on New Year’s Eve will be much more expensive than on a Tuesday afternoon in November. Most rental companies have a minimum number of hours you must rent, often starting around four hours. The longer you rent, the higher the price. The distance you travel can also affect cost. For example, a driving tour through wine country can cost more than a bar-hopping party through town — even for the same number of hours — due to the additional fuel required to drive the longer distance. Messy party guests can also increase your party bus price. Broken glass, major spills, or damage to the vehicle’s interior or exterior will all be billed to the customer.
