- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's set up a complimentary 20 minute phone call to discuss what you are looking for with our time together. Some real-life examples: Yoga: We can break down the alignment of poses, work through meditation and breath, and even work with an injury. We can also just get you started as a beginner. Reiki session: I come to your home and give you a 60 minute healing session by lying my hands on areas of your body that align with your chakras. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 3000 hours of teaching experience, and 850 hours of training. I train teachers to become yoga teachers. I teach with an emphasis on alignment that works for YOUR body. I have loads of yoga experience that I am excited to share with you! I have been practicing and teaching Reiki since 2008. It has greatly changed my life and other's lives for the better.
