It was my first move in the US, and the first move with the furniture, so I don't have any other company to compare, but I am completely happy with our move and my husband (who didn't want to hire a professional company but to rent a truck and ask his friends for help) thanked me in the end. I did make a lot of preparation - almost all of the 'small stuff' was already moved to a new home (highly recommend to do this if you are moving - it saves tons of time and energy the big day), but still there were some boxes and bags and the furniture of course. My one bedroom apartment was emptied in less than 40 minutes. I could not believe the speed of it! We were moving from our old house so it was not a long commute, but the total move took less than 2 hours. It was crucial for me - as I have a two year old child and I didn't want her day to be completely disrupted. The furniture was handled very carefully - not a single scratch! Highly recommend Movers and Movers to anyone who is going to move to new house. Moving is a stress by itself and a big part of it can be alleviated by a right company.

These guys are THE BEST! I wanted to find some good movers (considering the last time I moved the movers decided to pack my wine glasses under my books) and I found Movers and Movers on Thumbtack and gave them a call for a quote. Not only were they one of the two companies of all that I contacted that got back to me, they were the most friendly, timely in returning my inquiry, and had the lowest priced quote. So I decided to go with them, and I was thrilled that I did. They showed up right on time with a big group of guys - which was great considering I lived on the 7th floor of my building - and they made such amazingly quick work of my entire move, that they exceeded my highest expectations. They took great care of my stuff, and while they had originally quoted my move to take four hours, it took them barely over two, so it came in under the price they quoted me as well. Every single one of the moving guys was super friendly and helped me arrange the big stuff at the new place rather than just piling it all in the door and being done with it. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for movers!

Amazing group of people! On the day of the move, the guys arrived on time, worked efficiently, disassembled and wrapped my furniture, drove straight to my new place, unloaded, unwrapped and reassembled all of my furniture (at no extra charge) and put everything where it needed to go -- they even helped me move large things like a king bed around the room to get it just right! They were careful not to scratch walls or floors or get the carpets dirty. The hourly rate was reasonable and cheaper than other companies I called. There were no hidden fees for fuel, disassembly/reassembly, wrapping (even a large mirror), or other equipment. The whole crew was very nice to me and careful with my things as though they were their own things. I couldn't be happier with this company! I am so glad I went with them!

I had a great experience with this moving company. They arrived on time. I moved from 1 bedroom apartment and most of my furniture was heavy and antique. However, movers were quick, professional and they took care about all my belongings. Movers used blankets, shrink wrap, bubble wrap and paper wraps to protect my valuable items from damage. Also they helped me with packing which saved my time. If you need full packing services just let them know while booking your move. I definitely recommend this moving company!!!

These guys are machines. Ive never seen movers work so hard! The move was better than ok - the guys were outstanding- considering the challenges. Including physically moving a stuck old volvo for a member of my team who was stuck on the driveway!! They packed and delivered for us incredibly in ONE DAY! All the other movers were quoting two days. Thank you so much team - you're amazing.
