Students pay online and just for the first lesson to start out. We offer a 100% money back guarantee on the first lesson. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we'll refund the price of the lesson and set you up with a teacher that better fits your needs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Finding a music teacher is more than just the price. But you know that. It's important to have a fantastic connection with your music teacher, or else lessons will just be a bore. As you know, most people end up quitting. We avoid that by matching you with a teacher that really is what you're looking for. If we don't have a perfect match for you, we don't even send you a quote. Remember, Thumbtack costs providers like us money each time we send a quote! We want to make sure we only send quotes when we have a teacher we think will be amazing for the student. In that very rare case that the student isn't satisfied with the first lesson though, we refund the lesson in full. We use these experiences to learn what happened, and to make better matches in the future. We are serious when we say we'll find you the best teacher possible at the best price.
