Kyle was spectacular! I've been stressing about getting this bill of sale notarized as I didn't have time to go traipsing around San Francisco to find a notary. Kyle made it easy. Basic Loan Signings: Seller Package - $275+ Buyer, Reverse, & Refinances - $275+ (Includes Printing up to 150 pages) California Apostille Service Express Service - $180 ($100 for each additional)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well we do take appointments that are booked online via our website, but you can also book an appointment by texting or calling us directly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are NNA background screened and trained as well as being CA licensed, bonded and insured. We hold $100,000 E&O as well as the required $15,000 Bond held for the State of California.
