As a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and health coach, with over 8 years of professional experience.
I work holistically, leveraging the latest fitness and health research to get you the best results in the safest and most efficient way possible.
Most training methods out there work decently well, but at a cost of too much time required, increasing the risk of injury and NOT supporting your nervous system health.
Typically workouts are only 20 minutes, 1-2x/week, with additional health coaching depending on your specific needs.
The work we will do together will be 1:1 in a private gym, specialized for this type of exercise.
