These days, many process servers work remotely and are part of a network, hence the name of this company. If you use a network-based process service, the one thing you should ask about is what the turnaround time for will be, especially if you are serving documents out of state. Also, every jurisdiction has its own rules regarding service of process, so it sometimes takes the process server some time to find out how documents have to be served in a particular district.
I worked with Carlos, and he did a great job getting documents served in-state and out-of-state. He was very professional, patient, helpful, and conscientious regarding my project, which I appreciated very much.
I have not worked with anyone else in the company, so my review is based on Carlos' performance only, and I recommend him without hesitation.
