Green Tea Mochi Brownie. Awww snap! This dish was moist, chocolatey and subtle; demonstrating the delicate restraint of a true Asian dessert.
I wanted to bring a special treat for a family reunion that had relatives visiting from Hong Kong and Toronto. This dessert did not disappoint and was an instant treat across the generations.
Tao Tao was professional and helpful. The price point was good and she even provided instructions for handling the matcha so that it will not ruin the beauty of the confection while in transit.
