Karrah is an amazing professional home organizer! She's kind, courteous, & makes helpful suggestions in freeing your life of clutter. I've had her come now to my apartment twice. The first day, we threw out 11 bags or unnecessary trash & clutter. I would have not been able to do this without her organization skills. She makes plans for you to help you maintain a clutter free & organized life. Well worth the time & money spent!

I wish I could give Organize Your Place an extra star; hands down best decision I made in my move. I decided to separate the “packing” from the “moving”....the movers did a great job, but their life was made easy (mine too) because of the thoroughly sorted, packed and organized way my personal belongings were handled. My experience far surpassed my expectations and now am looking at additional ways to leverage OYP services. Had I not hired OYP, I would not have had everything carefully sorted, wrapped, packed and thoughtfully approached with “donate, trash, recycle, keep but store and/or keep but pack and organize” in mind...just would have had everything boxed and unboxed. My life has been artfully simplified by OYP!!!! Thank you for the amazing, highest of quality work! I will be recommending OYP any and every opportunity. Not just for moving but design or other future projects in and around my home. 6 stars!!!!

Karrah was great to work with. She helped me organize 3 areas of my home: master bedroom closet, makeup/bathroom area, and my garage cabinets. Karrah suggested we remove everything from my master closet and start over ! First she helped me get rid of things I wasn't wearing or didn't need and then she showed me some ideas from Organize It for more efficient hangers, a new stainless steel bar, an I even decided to replace the light in my closet. She put drawer organizers in to divide underwear, socks and bras ( these are the BEST invention and not expensive). Second, Karrah made some changes to my horrible makeup drawer with another Organize It makeup storage product. I can actually see everything I have now. Lastly, she helped me organize the storage bins in my garage. I will definitely hire Karrah again........... being organized in my life helps me to be more happy and productive.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free 25 minute in-person consultation. I have a four hour minimum per session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a brief phone conversation to find out the needs of the client. Then I request the client to send photos of the space that needs to be organized so I can get an idea of the size of the job and give an estimate on how long the job will take. On the first day I go through the space with the client and help them decide what to keep and what to get rid of. This includes donate, give to a friend, consignment, keep, and trash. Then I suggest different types of solutions for organizing their space and make a list of products to purchase. After each session I take away the donations (not large furniture items) and help with consigning their designer clothing. I also offer ongoing organization services to help the client maintain an organized space.

I'm a member of NAPO-National Association of Professional Organizers.
