Packing and Unpacking
Madison delivers what she promised. She helped to pack up our entire kitchen, living spaces and bathroom. And even more helpful was the unpacking in the new house. We have a pretty large kitchen with a ton of different kitchenware and she and her team did a great job organizing everything. It was my first time using a service like this so I didn’t know what to expect. And I wasn’t sure if I would need to reorganize everything. But she made sure everything was in logical order and even provided some organizational tips along the way. Our move was less stressful because we had the help! I had a challenging situation. I had to move within a deadline and i had way too much stuff and I was being tested to the limits of my coping abilities. Madison conveyed instantly what she could on the job and the size of the team she had available and the rate. I realised that I did need a decluttering expert. I hired them for the three hour minimum hoping they could complete the job in that time. The job turned out to be more challenging than I anticipated and I ended up hiring them for an extra hour. Within those four hours they were able to complete almost all the work required and I was ultimately able to complete the job myself. They also found many coins and I was ultimately able to redeem these for $560 which almost covered the cost of their services. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I do an initial assessment so client can meet me, ask questions and together we can determine the scope and an estimate of hours for the project. For short term projects I begin immediately, for long term projects a contract is drawn up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was a concierge for 10 years so I'm great at sourcing, networking and finding vendors and information quickly
