Introduction: During this Pandemic, peoples lifestyle has change to cope with what is the new norm. Even though we are working at home, we are sometimes working too long of hours to think about our health. The good thing is that if you are reading this, you are acknowledging that you need to start your health/wellness journey. I started working with Darioush about a year ago, in person and then virtually. He always brings some fun, adequate and great workouts that fits your goal and needs. Very thorough and attentive, Darioush always make sure that you do the moves right and pushes yourself to go harder. I would 100% recommend Darioush to anyone who is looking for to improve their fitness level, a good workout and a good coach! Thanks Darioush and looking forward to our next session!

I have been working with Darioush for the last year and a half. I trained with him in person and then online. So far I have lost more than 20 lbs and lifting heavier with keeping the body type I want to be. Since COVID happened we had to train remote via FaceTime. His rates went down because of doing it online and I’m taking advantage of it with doing 3 sessions a week instead of 2 times a week! I have a personalized gym in my apartment now and Darioush finds so many different ways to kick my butt in a fun and exciting way! I was intimidated to lifting weights and now I love working out thanks to him. Highly recommend if you are at any stage of your fitness journey! Don’t wait and start now with Darioush

I've been working with Do Better Fitness for many months (almost a year!), and couldn't he happier with the results! I've noticed major changes in the way I look, but more importantly, in how I feel. Working with Darioush is always a blast, he brings the energy and keeps it fresh. He also is great with feedback and new direction -- I wanted to switch things up from cardio focused to strength focused, and we quickly revamped the program with no fuss. He even helped me find the best equipment for my home gym! Would highly recommend. Try a session, and you'll be convinced!

Darioush is a skilled personal trainer. I’m extremely happy with how strong I’ve become and how fit I look after working with him for 5 months. Darioush is super knowledgeable about fitness-- he is always working fun kinesiology tidbits into his instruction, he has tons of extra resources that he shares with me. Not only that, he has programmed workouts specific my fitness goals. For example, I recently took up rollerskating again, and he took the initiative to add exercises and stretches to condition me between skate sessions. He has taught me proper form for exercises that push me to my limits (even over video calling!). Highly hiiighly recommend Darioush for 1:1 personal training!

Darioush is the BEST trainer. Before working with him, I'd been cobbling together fitness and workout tips from Reddit and Instagram influencers and it's SO much better working directly with a professional. He really took the time to understand my body, my goals and my limits, so when he does push me to challenge myself, I totally trust him. With Darioush's guidance, I've lost over 20 pounds and over 10% body fat. And he's a problem solver! He's worked really thoughtfully with me to try to isolate and correct a reoccurring running injury. I can’t say enough good things about him and his training programs/process. He really believes fitness is for everyone and truly wants to help. If you’re serious about wanting to be fit, working with Darioush can only make it better.
