With 12+ years of expertise and continuous scientific education in California, I understand you as an individual, adult & senior, pre & post-natal, menopause. I will design a workout program tailored to your goals, whether you want to lose weight, tone-up, get stronger, build muscle, gain flexibility, build self-esteem, improve or maintain your fitness level, I will provide nutrition guidance to help you reach your goals. I will show you that working out, getting toned, building muscle and losing weight, can be done in a fun way, no tight schedules or limiting diets. With the correct exercises and lifestyle, you will enjoy life in a healthy way. I have been coaching for 12 years and have worked with people from different age groups and fitness levels. Since the pandemic I switched to virtual training and my people love it, and so do I! I am able to now also coach people from outside San Francisco; some of my people moved out of the city but stayed with me and I got some new people from Europe. It's amazing how the pandemic created new opportunities! Currently I am doing both virtual and in-person training. I had a sedentary life working in a corporate job and made a career switch in 2011. Therefore I perfectly understand our barriers combining the demands of a busy life with a healthy and active lifestyle. People always tell me my motivation and energy inspires them to go the extra mile and I am honored to be able to bring positivity into people's lives. Ann has been my personal trainer for a year now. She has done an amazing job getting me in better shape! She is professional, fun, energetic and a true motivator - she gets results! Ann truly cares about your well-being and tailors the sessions to your needs!

Ann is an amazing trainer. I started working with her when I still didn't know how to do a burpee ..and today, I can't live without my twice-a-week sessions. Ann always changes our workouts so I continue to strive for more impact. Even more than that, she is super careful to make sure that she regularly checks-in with me to keep me injury-free and strong. Highly recommend!

Ann and I have been training for over a year now and I am honestly in the best shape of my life thanks to her. Ann’s full body workouts made me much stronger (especially my core) and they also significantly improved my balance. She's a fantastic trainer --both empathetic and sensitive, but also fiercely motivational. Due to Covid-19 we switched to virtual workouts in March, which has worked amazingly well. Finally, given my crazy work schedule, I'm always so appreciative of how flexible and accommodating she is.

I had never worked out with a trainer before starting with Ann, and I was pretty nervous because I am in my 50s. She has been a great trainer for me because she pushes me while being very encouraging. In 9 months I feel like I am much stronger, have better balance and core strength, and look fitter.

I trained with Ann for slightly more than a year & I can't say enough about how wonderful she is - as a fitness coach & as a human being. We've connected on so many different levels. She knows how to support you at every stage without being too pushy. She's very accommodating in case if you need to swap in times and schedules. The training sessions went slowly and steadily & little did I know I was doing 10 burpees in 5 mins! I loved the progress I made with her - it was so gradual.
