Chris is the BEST! I've been training with him for over a year now and in that time he has kept me engaged, motivated and on track with regular workouts - not an easy feat for a person who doesn't love to exercise and bores very easily of the same routine! Chris is an awesome motivator and works hard to change things up and keep me on my toes. This helps my body use muscles I didn't know I had and has given me muscles I thought only existed on other people (my arms - yep, beautifully buff!). Chris' ability to keep things interesting makes the time we're working out fly by and gives me a great feeling of accomplishment when I'm sore (in a good way) from my workouts. I've never stuck with a workout routine or trainer for as long as I have with Chris but it's because he keeps me focused and helps me feel like I've accomplished something great. The best part is, I start my day off with Chris so the exercise 'high' I get keeps me going all day long. If you are looking for a place to start getting fit or to kick it into a higher gear, Chris is totally your man! Once you start training with him, you won't want to stop.

I've been personal training with Chris for the last 3years. I used to live on a steady diet of hot cheetos, jameson, and beer... and he helped me get my mind and body back on track. When I first started, was about 130 lbs of FAT on a 4'10'' frame. NO BUENO. I had zero muscle and couldn't walk up a flight of stairs without panting. Now, 1.5 years later... I'm happy to say that I'm down to 119lbs of MUSCLE. I've leaned out and eat so much healthier. I'm much more conscious about what I put in my body and also so much stronger. Stronger than I ever thought I could be. OK, enough about my results. Let's talk about Chris. Chris started off as my trainer.... but he's become more than that to me. He's become my friend and support system :) He's super encouraging and very accommodating. Chris is also EXTREMELY professional and trust worthy. If you're looking for a personal trainer... hit up Chris. He's amazing and has seriously changed my life for the better.

Chris Wiley is a great trainer, a good guy and very reliable. I worked out with Chris for about six months and he pushed me hard, taught me new exercises and above all got results. If you're looking to take your fitness to a new level, work with Chris.

I trained to Chris for only 2 months and i saw assume results. I learned a lot of new techniques, and i have been working out for years, but injuries limited my normal route. He is clearly very knowledgeable about fitness and training He was very focused on me reaching my goals, without being intensely scary about it. He keep every work out new and different, and he watched every rep, which impressed me. Bonus... he has a great sense of humor, so workout were fun while being challenging. I have recommended him several times, and i can't wait to work out with him again now that i am back in the bay area.
