Introduction: I have over seven years experience training people ages 13-85. Before COVID, I was a personal trainer at the Jewish Community Center. In April of 2020, I started my own training business to accommodate my clients when gyms were closed due to COVID. I offer in person training for people who are fully vaccinated and live in San Francisco. I also offer sessions via Zoom. Sessions are for 45 or 60 minutes in person for $75 or $100 accordingly. I have received a certification as a "Weight Loss Specialist" from NASM. I work hard to create a unique plan for all clients, and I truly love my job. My specialities include: weight loss, building muscle, getting lean, and women who are pregnant or just given birth.

I have been training with Jennifer since earlier this year and I really enjoy it! Jennifer helps me keep on track, targets the areas in my body that need strengthening and keeps things different and interesting so I never feel like the sessions are repetitive. Jennifer is flexible, supportive and encourages me to go outside of my comfort zone without overdoing it, which I really appreciate! I would recommend working with Jennifer.

Jennifer is very knowledgeable and responsive to your personal goals while stretching your limits. She builds and follows a total body workout that continues to benefits you over time. I started post knee surgery and continued because of the overall benefits to my strength training and bone density. Jennifer mixes together what I enjoy doing with what I need to build up to get to the next level. Her overall use of using positive reinforcement and encouragement has just the right tough. Jennifer's demeanor makes the entire process and time spent very enjoyable. Highly recommend Jennifer!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I am currently running HIIT-type workouts that are 30 or 45 minutes long. The price is $50 or $75 respectively.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We will have a free consultation where we talk about the equipment you have, your goals, any injuries and assess your current level of fitness. After that, I offer a free mini tryout.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am CPR/AED certified and NASM certified. I have received a certification as a Weight Loss Specialist from NASM.
