I started post knee surgery and continued because of the overall benefits to my strength training and bone density. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I am currently running HIIT-type workouts that are thirty minutes long. The price is $50/thirty minute session for individuals. If someone is interested in buddy sessions, then it is $60/thirty minute session ($30/person).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will free consultation where we talk about the equipment you have, your goals, and assess your current level of fitness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am CPR/AED certified and NASM certified.
