- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
60$ per session (session's are at least 1 hour or at most, 1 + 1/2 hours). 70$ per session if I travel to you. *I will ALWAYS try to work with potential clients on pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's a step by step process. Each client is very different in terms of their goals, fitness levels and overall preferred style of training. Once I can gauge these areas, I create a unique routine for you that also includes a diet plan! Everyone's body is different, personal training should never be based on a "one size fits all" structure.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have loved learning about nutrition and fitness ever since grade school!
