Introduction: I specialize in natural strength circuit and endurance training, which means combining and super setting all variety of exercises for example: squats, walking lunges, shoulder press, bench press, biceps curls, triceps, and high-endurance power lifts and cleans for more advanced training. I do boxing with focus mitts with a blast of abs and core training. While maintaining good technique and proper form, we don't want any injuries. I want you to get strong and healthy and achieve the results that you want. I've been a certified fitness trainer for over 16 years and independent trainer in the gym, home, and outdoors. I enjoy fitnness training & working out with real people of all ages. It never gets old to me. My passion & strong positive energy keeps me going and has made me a successful professional fitness trainer & has made me a strong spiritual person in all walks of life. Whenever we do the training, as long as you're into it and give some effort into your fitness goals we'll get the results that you want. I'm here to help you in every step of the way to get you stronger, and motivate you to achieve and balance your fitness goals! I want you looking sharp and feeling your best at all times. James is great! He’s been working my two kids out (which hasn’t been easy as the pandemic has caused mass inertia). He is positive, encouraging, motivating, has great nutrition tips and usually throws in extra time during each session. He’s a great trainer- shows them good form and technique, plus the kids like him. They workout in the backyard masked up and 6 feet apart so it’s pretty safe. He’s been a life-saver. Truly.

He was absolutely wonderful! The training was great..he kept it moving , heart rate pumping, fun, and had a variety to do so you didn’t get bored! But most importantly, he got the job done..I was sore for a few days but in a really good way. Felt great!

James is an excellent trainer. We worked progressively 2x/week over the last 4 months to increase strength training at my pace and pushed me gently to increase capacity. In addition we added cardio including boxing which has been great and fun! He has inspired me so much that I've built a mini-gym including olympic bars, hand weights, kettle bell, boxing gloves. Even when I had some shoulder discomfort he went out of his way to get me IcyHot to help and advised me how to heal the tendinitis. He also has great tips on nutrition especially protein intake that's important when you're doing toning/strength training. Overall I've never been happier with the balance of toning and cardio in my exercise routine.

    I always offer a small package with a free session so I can get to know my client & establish a trust and introduce to them the kind of fitness training that I do. I do my best to accommodate my client with a reasonable rate so that both sides will be happy and be comfortable to work with each other.

    Taking the time to get to know your client, establish & evaluate their fitness goals and do the best that I can to help them in every way possible achieve their fitness goals and show them new ways to train the right way, so they can get stronger & develop confidence in there ablity to workout.
