I have been working with James for three years. He continues to help me with my strength, endurance and core strengthening. Prior to working with James I suffered from two herniated discs, L4 and L5. Thanks to James' circuit well rounded training I no longer have any back problems at all. He has also given me invaluable tips on nutrition. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I always offer a small package with a free session so I can get to know my client & establish a trust and introduce to them the kind of fitness training that I do. I do my best to accommodate my client with a reasonable rate so that both sides will be happy and be comfortable to work with each other.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Taking the time to get to know your client, establish & evaluate their fitness goals and do the best that I can to help them in every way possible achieve their fitness goals and show them new ways to train the right way, so they can get stronger & develop confidence in there ablity to workout.
