- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first point of contact will be a phone call! The goal of this call is to learn more about one another, discuss your goals, previous and current fitness activities, share how I can be of service to you and answer any questions you may have regarding the process. This step is important because this relationship is an energy exchange, we have to make sure we are the proper fit for one another. From there I warmly welcome you virtually or into Eden for a fitness consultation. This meeting will allow me to observe your balance and posture to ensure I am building a proper program for you based on your current fitness levels. Once completed I put you through a mini circuit which will allow you to view my coaching style and showcase the types of workouts we’ll be completing throughout our journey. We’ll stretch to cool off & then discuss the package I believe will benefit you most based on your desires! It’ll be very fun & informative!
