She strongly believes that a preventative approach to therapy is necessary in order to minimize the likelihood of injury and maximize well-being and quality of life.
Dr. Balance has worked with a variety of different populations, from professional athletes to injured workers with chronic pain.
As a result, she has adopted a holistic treatment approach. In practice, she uses a variety of modalities such as yoga, mindfulness and TRX in order to address the whole person.
She is a movement and musculoskeletal specialist who believes that treating a potential injury prior to that injury escalating to debilitating levels helps to best serve her clients.
