Introduction: Working as a psychotherapist and couples counselor affords me the opportunity to grow as a person everyday. Good psychotherapy heals the therapist too. I feel deeply touched by sharing in the lives of my clients. I cannot think of anything more important than to be of service to others. My life feels rich in meaning, purpose and connection. To call this a job seems funny. My life speaks through this so called "job." I prefer to think of my work as my vocation/life purpose. It took me a long time to step into my vocation. I worked as a stockbroker, options specialist, bartender, and more long before I finally found the courage to follow my calling. I am so relieved and happy I did! Thanks.
