FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have introductory pricing, and if any of the imagery can't be used, I will reshoot, or you don't pay. Otherwise, pricing is noted on my website at Dronies.io or Dronies.us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Do a call, but if complex and/or larger, then meet in person. Then determine what the scope of the work is to be done, set expectations versus what can be done within legal flights and my equipments' capabilities for either aerial or ground imagery. Provide a not-to-exceed quote, with the flight schedule/window(s) included. Depending on the project, a portion of the fees might be required up front.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Part 107 License, and I am certified by EagleView to do roof inspection flights and ground imagery for the insurance industry. I studied architecture in college, and do green home design work, as well. I also can do Photogrammetry (3-D models of your building) with my equipment.
