Jennifer helped me from beginning to end from purchase, through the renovation, interior design, getting tenants and property management. After I shopped around for bids from various contractors including hers, I ultimately felt comfortable going with her recommendation and we began construction. The tenants are great and they are still there to this day with Jennifer as the property manager. She takes care of everything and its simple for me because I just receive monthly checks.
