Kaz is professional and deserves 10 stars. Our contract signing was easy and secure. He arrived at our home on time and went right to work making delicious sushi. He was skillful and the quality of the sushi was fresh and "Ono". Most of our guests had never attended a sushi party. Kaz made our event memorable and fun! I am very happy to give Kaz a terrific referral. I wish him the best and hope he works many more sushi parties. Do not hesitate to hire him.

Kaz's sushi-making class was awesome. He taught 8 of us at our residence knife skills, cucumber seaweed appetizer, sushi rolls, sashimi and nigiri. Kaz brought all the equipment / food and then cleaned up everything. His professionalism, sushi knowledge and good sense of humor made for a really enjoyable event for my friends and I.
