Plumbing Drain Repair
I've called on ray from Drain Busters many, many times over the past 10 years and by far, he is the most responsive and professional plumber I've worked with in the valley. On time. Courteous. Reasonably priced. Does great work. Never "disappears". He even went as far as leaving me a surprise bottle of Remy Martin after a large project on my home! Now THAT'S how you retain customers. Definitely call, he'll always answer.

Plumbing Pipe Repair
I requested help from drain busters to fix the leaking pipe. Their response was fast and it was easy to get set up an appointment and a quote by explaining my problem over the phone and sending the photos. The price was very reasonable. Although I ended up fixing the issue myself considering that only a temporary solution was needed before starting renovation in this area, I would still recommend contacting the Drain Busters and will consider this company in future, if need arises.

Plumbing Pipe Installation or Replacement
When I needed work done, Ray responded to a message immediately, as well as a phone call immediately, and was at our house within three hours of my calling. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it, and even proactively came up with a solution for an unrelated problem for free. Because the work was different than what I described on the phone, Ray ended up charging me less than he had estimated on the phone—I really appreciated the honesty. I will definitely use Ray (and Ray's company) in the future for any plumbing needs.

Water Heater Repair or Maintenance
I liked EVERYTHING about working with Ray at Drain Busters Plumbing! Above, it said I could only choose 3 of 5 things I liked best, but I could have picked all 5! Ray went above & beyond to give me great service. My hot water heater went out on a Fri morning. I was so worried I'd be without hot water over the weekend. Ray responded so quickly & came over on Friday to do an estimate for me. He then returned on Saturday & installed the new heater. It all went very smoothly. Ray's price was very fair & he was very professional. I definitely would recommend Ray & I'll use him again for any plumbing needs.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We offer upfront pricing over the phone, as we believe in transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We assign a designated plumbing contractor to each customer, who will be the primary point of contact for the project. No need to go through a dispatcher or customer service representative. He will offer the customer pricing over the phone, describe what needs to be done, the timeline, answer any questions, etc. Once the customer schedules with us, he will begin work on the project and will provide updates throughout the process. It is a very smooth process that is loved by our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Attended vocational school and was an apprentice for the first few years of career. Then graduated to becoming a journeyman plumber and later studied to become a licensed plumbing contractor with the CSLB - c36.
