FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
User Experience Design and Software Development for web, mobile, desktop and other types of applications. We typically work on Enterprise and Consumer applications that require custom solutions to some very complex problems. We also work with our clients on strategy and analysis services that help refine and focus the project goals and requirements.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research. There are many website design agencies, however there are not many agencies that can handle the complexities of true software design and development. The more requirements you have the better. Building software is similar to building a house and often requires the same level of planning and detail to ensure it's a success.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That is a true profession and specialty. Most people lump User Experience Design into the general Graphic Design field. User Experience Design is more akin to Architecture in terms of it's discipline in breaking down problems and in terms of the constraints under which solutions can be provided. In terms of Software Development, most people think of it as coding, which is true, however we think of it as coding under the constraints of providing a good user experience.
