- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that I am pretty reasonable. I know that we have a tendency to think more expensive is better. However, I am very open to working things out and can work with clients to find a fair price also.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually try to respond as quickly as I can to a client to let them know my availability and interest. Then I really like to establish communication either text or phone call. Again, I understand people have busy and hectic lives and so I really try hard to accommodate a client's schedule when meeting and consulting for the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a retired science teacher for 20+ years and was also a vice-principal. I had many classroom pets and know the importance of taking care of many different types of animals. I grew up in SF and used to feed all the stray cats and care for them as they meandered through our backyard. I had the fortune of having a wonderful yellow lab for 16 amazing years. Can't even write about him after all these years still have a heavy heart. In other words, although I am professionally working with children and being an former teacher and administrator, I love animals and I know that I give pets genuine and good, loving care. I provide quality and true attention - I believe that with all my heart. WEDDING OFFICIANT I actually started doing this when I officiated for a family member’s wedding. It was quite honestly, an amazing experience. To be a part of people’s journeys is something very special. Because of this, I embarked on doing this for others and I can honestly say, that each time it has been different, memorable and I am grateful over and over again. Helping to create a script that is personal and customized is almost my favorite part. I enjoy finding readings, poems, lyrics that may help to build an ambiance and gives each ceremony its own uniqueness. It is very important to me that each couple feels that their ceremony is just theirs. And that on each said date and each moment in time, the couple knows it is all about them/each other. I am always honored to be called on and I part inspired by the feelings of love, joy, excitement and commitment that can’t be denied and are so tangible. I leave smiling and just feeling like,” wow, I got to marry those two” and the joy i feel is like right there ❤️every single time.
