Geoff Bouvier

Introduction: I’m Geoff Bouvier, 2005 APR/Honickman Prize Winner, 2009 Visiting Poet at the University of Cal-Berkeley, author of two books of poetry and over 60 magazine articles, and I’m available starting Feb. 9 to tutor writing in the bay area. The going rate for a writing tutor is about $40 an hour, but my rate will be flexible, depending on what kind of attention your writing requires, and how often you intend to see me. I can work remotely (through email and over the phone), or we can meet in person. I’ve also taught high school and ESL classes, as well as college and independent workshops, and written ad copy and newspaper articles, so I could probably help just about anyone write just about anything better. Essays, term papers, creative articles, stories, poems, novels, editing jobs, whatever you’d like, I can help. Or do you just want to talk writing and/or publishing? I’m available for that, too. Try me, I think I’ll be just about the best writing teacher you’ve ever had.
