Contact me for info // propose a price if you'd like! Anything I suggest is just that- a suggestion. I am open to being flexible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always reading and researching and writing and I am excited to continue my studies soon with Off the Mat Into the World and teachers that I meet along the way that continue to inspire me! I will most definitely always continue to study and learn!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
While I was living abroad for school, I felt very ungrounded (for lack of a better word). I was living in the south of Spain, in a homestay with a 71 year old Spanish woman, studying with professors who spoke no english, in a town where no one really spoke any english at all. Not to mention the crazy cultural differences; and, the swkward relationships amongst young and caddy colleagues. Yoga became my sanctuary (also, for lack of a better word). Practicing yoga was the thing that kept me centered, reminded me what was important, empowered me to feel grateful and excited about every opportunity! In the years that followed, yoga continued to offer me this stability, strength and guidance through so many personal struggles.
