Just got my first alarm system installed and my experience could not have been smoother. Since my daughter just left for college and my husband travels for work often we thought it would be safer to get our home protected. Honestly we should have done this sooner. My husband wanted us to go with ADT. I called in and spoke to Tom. He set me up with a consultation the very next day! Steven was the tech who came out and he was great. He was on time which was a huge plus. Steven gave me his professional opinion what I needed. The install did not take long at all and after Steven made sure I knew how to use the system before he left. Overall, this was easy process. I would definately recommend getting a system if you don't already have one.
