- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I see are Virus Removals, sluggish computers, laptop screen repairs, Operating System Reinstalls and data backup/restore. I also see a handful of networking/wireless issues for home and business.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't goto Geek Squad, for what they charge, you can buy a new computer. I do not upsell, I only tell you what you need and am always honest and open to all questions. I answer you in a way you can understand.
