Alfred Corona helped me unravel the mysteries of my Dell PC when it began to run slowly. He installed more memory in it and that's something I've wanted to do for two years now! He knows both the hardware and the software side of things. He also walked me through my new Droid apps so I can use my new Droid much more successfully. He has a great, professional way about him and instills lots of confidence in his abilities. We had a plan in place before he arrived at my office, based on phone and email correspondence. When he got here we went through the list one-by-one, and dealt with all of them in record time. So far we've worked together on-site just once, and I will definitely use him again when the time comes. He's excellent and I have recommended him to everyone at my real estate office.

Alfred Corona installed my new printer/scanner/fax machine for me recently in my home. He was here less than an hour and a half. I was very impressed with him. He was very professional, friendly, and on time. He installed the machine perfectly and then walked me through each step with instructions on how to operate it. He gave me his personal cell number so I could call him with any questions. The next day I did just that, and he answered my question promptly. I HIGHLY recommend Alfred for any computer/printer work!
