Michael helped me to raise my GRE scores close to 200 points in less than 1 month. A very patient person with a great memory for what needed to be worked on each time we met, we were productive from the minute I walked in to the moment I left. I had not studied math since HS (I studied logic through college) and he really helped me, as a novice math student, with all concepts of mathematics. As a teacher myself, Michael is a highly recommended tutor.

Joyee is one of the most hard working and supporting people I have ever met period, nonetheless a tutor. He rapidly increased my SAT scores, and he helped me through AP Calculus when it was borderline impossible for me. He also helped me in AP statistics in which I would set the curves on tests because of him. He would also tutor me after hours if I needed it late into the night even if he had other things to do, and even though for a time I was lazy and didn't do my assignments he still believed in me, and I eventually turned it around. He is a HUGE reason I got into college and I wouldn't have been able to do it without him. Also, it doesn't hurt that he knows everything. There really isn't an area of high school academics he doesn't know. He's the epitome of an expert. He also can find plenty of practice material for you and he really does tutor you to your style If you're having second thoughts about his work ethic, intellect, or teaching ability, don't. He is by far the best tutor I've ever had and I doubt that will change. Jay, NYU class of 2021

Nancy's is the best tutor I've ever had I have 3 boys and 1 girls and I have had over 15 different tutors over the years and by far she is the best I have had she is everything I am as far being stern but she brings the softness that the student needs to get the best out of them my daughter did not bond with the three tutors before Nancy but she really loves Mrs Nancy as she calls her and she look forward to her session every week. I hired her to teach my daughter Spanish who has never taken before and she already can write and speak Spanish in less than two months she was so good I ask if she does any other subjects and of course she does it all so now she tutors my daughter in math and her grade went from a C to an A she makes sure the student understands the topic before she moves on and she won't budge or go any further unless the student totally understands it. If your looking for top shelf tutor look no futher and for the price it's a win win for me and my daughter thanks for making my daughter experience a total success.

She is great! I was in need of a SAT english tutor in order to compete for a spot at the United States Military Academy at West Point. She showed up on time and if needed would stay extra to make sure I actually improved. I was extremely confident heading into my test and was accepted into West Point. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of any help with english. In addition, she helped me with writing a letter to West Point on why I want to attend. She is great!!!

My 8 year old daughter has been tutoring with Patt for 2 years now and she loves going. She is doing so well in school and her grades have improved. Her scores were top in her class. she is above her levels in many of her subjects. If you need a caring and patient person to help your child with their studies she is a great person.

About

I was asked to remain at a local elementary school even after the teacher I was subbing for returned. With district H R approval, I was asked to take over that class while the teacher on extended leave was asked to do assessment testing for multiple grades upon her return..This was a huge compliment to me and my abilities to create "a sense of community" for the students who had multiple subs and loss of continuity and progress.

About

My goal in tutoring is not to show off how much I know, but to use what I know to help learners get better at the subject they are asking for help on. I really seek excellence in my work, whatever it is, whether it is raking up leaves in the yard, or writing an academic paper. What is unique about tutoring is that excellence is measured by how well students are helped.
