Didn’t or couldn’t finish? I’m not sure what happened other than after asking this company to replace a reverse osmosis water faucet, they accepted the job, started and did not finish the job. Plumber came back 3x? In my opinion, he broke the old reverse osmosis system, asked me to buy a new one, which I reluctantly did, tried to install it and it wouldn’t work properly for him. So days later he decides to text me an hour after he was supposed to arrive to say sorry, he didn’t want to work on the project anymore because the drive was too far. So now I have a broken reverse osmosis system and a new one just sitting there not working. So technically I am worse off now than when I started! Special Tee did refund my money, but… I had a functioning system before and now I don’t have a functioning system and am out the money for the new reverse osmosis system I bought. This should have been an easy project, no? Sigh.
