Our family decided to share the following attributes; Practices are fresh & challenging Expectation is to work hard Skilled coaches that are teachers Safe & pleasant atmosphere in facility Coaches inspire & infuse self-confidence in players Coaches encourage & expect good sportsmanship Staff promotes importance of academics Staff help prepare them for high school and college Staff is knowledgeable in all fields of the game Coaches coach during games rather than sit and watch Coaches enjoy what they do Staff is very professional and communicate well with adults Practices and Tournament schedules are sent out in advance and updated weekly.
