Wendy Vincent assisted me with document creation, training on Quickbooks desk top 2013, and basic bookkeeping knowledge for best business practices. She also showed me the difference between my current Accrual Accounting, vs Cash Accounting, and how each effects my bottom line, and tax filings at the end of the year. Using Vincent Bookkeeping for training on proper journal entries for GAAP Standards has help create an error free set of books. Wendy Vincent helped me setup QuickBooks for Windshield Chip Repair Business, and she continues to maintain my Books in QuickBooks. I was very pleased that I was able to find someone to do this task for me, because accounting is not my strong suite. Wendy went above and beyond by also doing my tax returns annually, showing me how to improve my credit score. Wendy also assisted me with setting up a computerized version of my invoices that can be done in the field, using a cell phone app, so my invoices to customers are clean and neat which reduces errors. Wendy advised me to switch banks, for security reasons for my business account. The new bank was harder for me to use on the go, so I switched my bank back, and Wendy is working with my current bank that is easier for me to use. I really appreciate her looking out for the security of my business. She is very understanding of my needs, as well as my business needs, when it came to my bank, Wendy used the bank that I prefer and we both win. She also gave me a credit on my account for the cost I incurred to get new security checks.Apr 7, 2015

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I spend a lot of time asking a lot of questions, this way i understand all of the customers needs, and how their business runs. This is important when adding a new member of any team.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am the first to admit I don't have all the answers but I go the extra mile to get the answers I need to help my clients. Continuing Education is always a high priority for me since it serves my customers needs as well. Each business is as unique as the owners who start them up, and I enjoy the challenge of finding the right information to assist each client with their own special Bookkeeping needs.
