Omar was great, he has a friendly style that's not too rigid but he makes you do the work. His personality keeps you motivated to keep going! I was only here for a month, so he tailored my program to meet my current fitness level and then build it up...I definitely felt the difference even in just a month. I'm hoping I can keep it up without him there. I highly recommend Omar if you don't want that militant style trainer, he's friendly, fun and get the job done to your level plus a challenge...he was especially good at making sure I kept my form right during each exercise. He is detailed and yet flexible enough to adjust to the workout program to meet the needs of his clients, while working achieving maximum results to meet the clients goals. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I set up an initial call or meeting with my client to go over their goals and expectations and to just get to know the customer. Then after the meeting or phone call. I'll arrange a free consultation where I test the clients functionality, Stability, Balance and Fitness level to better understand the client and design a program that fits their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an ACE Certified Trainer with 5 years of experience. I am also a former college football player
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I first trained my wife after she gave birth to our son and we saw real result with the process and after that I wanted to help others reach their goal.
