Accomplished ALL of our objectives regarding the carpet cleaning however, attempting to pay with a Credit Card failed miserably. Forced to pay over $500 by check unexpectedly. This Thumbtack software is JUNK, responds in an unpredictable manner if at all and clearly has NOT been TESTED thoroughly. Instructions to HELP are non existent.

Andrei cleaned our carpets before we moved into our new house. I have not had a lot of carpet in my home before, so was unsure of the level of cleaning that would need to be done. After a quick consultation, I went with a deep clean versus steam clean due to the former owners having two dogs (which I am allergic to). Andrei was very thorough, and the results are fantastic. The smell, feel and look of the carpet is significantly better. Andrei was also very friendly and communicative about timeline so I could multitask while he was completing the work, which I appreciated.
