I hired Francisco for my parents 70th anniversary party. I was extremely pleased in hIs professionalism and attention to detail. You have to know my family to understand how discriminating they are about their Mexican food! The food was a hit! I am still hearing from attendees how much they loved the food. I have recommended him to friends and all have been very grateful to me for the referral. He will be catering my next event!
